The Craton Hotel Sisli, Istanbul

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, ideal for exploring the city with ease. The rooms were a bit cozy but well-equipped, though occasional noise from neighboring rooms could be a minor inconvenience. The service was exceptional, with staff members like Arzu going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The hotel rooms were not as expected, too small with some issues, but Mr Khudret at reception made a great effort to accommodate our needs. The service was good, especially the restaurant staff like Musa. The location is excellent for shopping but distant from historical sites. The dining experience lacked variety and quality. The hotel facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel has small rooms that need better drainage, but they were very clean and the staff, especially Eliyas, was exceptionally kind and well-mannered. The newness of the rooms was noticeable. The service was great with standout helpfulness from Murat, Kudret, Batuhan, and Zubaidah. The location is central and near public transport, however, it can be loud due to cleaning activities during dining hours. The dining experience, although good and varied, may need improvement. The facilities are well-maintained.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, although a bit cozy and occasionally noisy, were kept clean, and I appreciated the attentiveness of staff, particularly Arzu. The service from team members like Mehmet, Zubaida, Yunis, Mehmet, Kamil, and Yasin was friendly and helpful. The location in the heart of Sisli was convenient for accessing public transportation and shopping areas. The dining experience offered a good variety of food options. However, more variety could have been an improvement. The facilities were great, and the hotel was a clean and friendly place to stay.
